Flow & Slow yoga is particularly sensitive to women and men who are trying Yoga for the first time to reduce stress or improve their health and may be reluctant to go to a gym or typical studio because of their fear of looking clumsy or not getting the individual attention they need to align correctly or stretch properly.
All Levels Yoga is a wonderful class is designed for gentle, mindful movements. You will learn helpful stretches, poses, and flowing movements that will improve your balance, posture, and range of motion. This class is appropriate for all levels, from experienced to someone who has never taken a Yoga class before.
Get Fit is a class that stresses that core training is the foundation of all human movement. This class will improve function necessary for golf, tennis, and daily tasks, by performing exercises designed to tighten, tone and strengthen not only the core but all major muscle groups of the body. In addition we train to assist in injury prevention. Any member can attend and work at his/her own level; modifications are always provided and safety comes first.

Zumba Gold is a Latin Dance-Inspired Workout that incorporates International Dance Styles with Fun Fitness Routines. Zumba Gold is a Low Impact form of Zumba aimed at the Active Older Adult or Beginner.
Don't forget to wear shoes with little or no tread!
Line Dancing is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows, all facing either each other or in the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time. It also makes for a great, low-impact workout!
Cardio Tennis is available for players of all skill levels. Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity that features drills to give players an ultimate, high-energy workout. The hour-long session guarantees improvement in endurance for all players.
This class takes place every Saturday morning and meets on the Tennis Courts.
