Our First Chef's Table Dinner of the New Year is a Major Success!

The first Chef's Table Dinner of the new year was held on Saturday, January 13th and was a resounding success! Over 45 Members were treated to an evening of gourmet dining with a menu featuring seared hoisin duck breast, a poached pear & pomegranate salad, an opal basil encrusted fillet of yellowtail snapper over lobster risotto and a fantastic port wine glazed crème brûlée to finish off the evening. Each dish was superbly paired with a glass of fine wine or port by our Banquet & Service Manager, Sarah Yanovich, to compliment the flavor profile being presented.
