Fitness Center
Access our newly remodeled fitness center by keypad, open seven days a week. There is a variety of equipment and free weights. Seek out our personal trainer who is AIFE certified if you need help with your workouts. You may want to participate in the early morning boot camp held twice a week.

Circuit Training
This compliementary 60 minute class is held on Monday afternoons. It addresses every muscle group as you burn calories zipping through stations of different fitness equipment, from treadmills to medicine balls, to stability balls. The Circuit Training class starts with a warm up and ends with abs, balancing and stretching exercises. |

Pool
You may just want to relax and enjoy the warm Florida weather, or if you want some great exercise, an aqua aerobics session is held twice weekly which is complimentary to members.

Yoga
Our certified Yoga instructor offers complimentary classes for members. Whether you are an experienced yoga participant, a beginner, or less agile and prefer chair aerobics, we have a class that will benefit you. Each class is offered twice a week, including basic yoga, gentle yoga and yoga afloat.
