Immerse yourself in Gateway's golf culture.

Tuesday- Men’s Day
Every week there is a different game—Low Net, Stableford, Chicago, etc.  Members have the option of either signing up in their own foursomes or having the professional staff arrange pairings.  Once per month in season the featured game is “Beat The Pro” with $1 drafts following the golf.  Tee times begin at 9:30. 

Tuesday- Two-Man

Members make their own foursomes. For this event, two individuals are randomly paired in a better ball competition that is scored by a member of the professional staff.  Tee times begin at 8:04. 

Wednesday- Skins 

Members can sign up as individuals or make their own foursomes.  Tee times begin at 8:04. 

Thursday- Mixer

Every Thursday in season the club holds a four player A, B, C, D, 2 better ball out of 4 competition.  The teams are computer generated to ensure equity in the field.  Tee times begin at 12:04. 

Friday- Stableford

Members are free to make their own foursomes or sign up as individuals.  The event chairman posts scores in the Griffin Room immediately following the round of golf.  Tee times rotate every other week between 8:04 and 9:30.  

 

Friday- Canadian Connection

The Candadian Connection is a tradition started several years ago by a group of members from Canada.  Over the years, the game has grown.  The format changes every week and is headed by one of our members from the North.  Members may sign up for this event and the groups are paired by the event chair.  Tee times rotate with the Stableford game.
