Junior Golf

The Professional Staff at Gateway is committed to providing our junior students with superior instruction and serving as mentors to all aspiring junior golfers.

As the population increases at Gateway, we see a younger family group becoming our neighbors. The professional staff at Gateway would like to encourage your child to participate in  our Junior Golf Program. We realize that the combination of good, sound instruction and properly fitted equipment is crucial to the early development of our junior golfers. Learning to play golf is a tremendous challenge for every beginner. For juniors, the challenge is even greater.  We offer a variety of instructional options for young, aspiring golfers at all levels.

After School Junior Golf Program

This is a one hour session held every Tuesday and Thursday during the school year. The focus of instruction is on introducing the fundamentals of the game, the rules, and golf course etiquette.

Future Champions' Development Program

This program is designed for the experienced junior golfer looking to make their school’s golf team, and those looking to play collegiate golf. The 3-month program runs twice a year, and is designed to prepare the individual for the highest levels of competition. This program is scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, in both the Fall and Spring school semesters.
